How it works:
If you book with Villa Nicoletta you are booking the entire villa, you will not share the villa. The villa is not a bed and breakfast. The villa can be rented to a maximum of 10 people, if you only require 1 bedroom you would receive a lesser rate (see below).
Example: if you rented the villa during the off season, and only required 1 of the 4 bedrooms your rate would be $3,600. If 4 bedrooms are required the rate would be $5,700. Once again the villa is completely yours and not shared with anyone else.

* 2 bedroom - 4300/week (4 people max.)
* 3 bedroom - 5000/week (6 people max.)
* 4 bedroom - 5700/week (8 people max.)
* Sleep sofa can add an additional 2 people at $200/night
Peak Season is December 15 through April 15
