Allo greetings from Amsterdam! It was such a long long flight from US, imagine 10 long hours!!! (tinubuan na ako ng pigsa sa pigue sa totoo lang!) But everything is all worth it. I had alot of fun... This is Skip-Hole Airport!


My adventure starts here at the Red Light District (obvious naman na pula ilaw diba?)... Shempre ito muna ang aking binisita ahihihihi, gusto ko kasing mamili sa mga babae sa iskaparate! O diba? Only in Amsterdam the land of sex and lust...


Ohhh when in Amsterdam, my only advice is take advantage of every opportunity that you'll have! Visit places like sex museum and coffee shops! Dutch coffee shops are licenced to sell small quantities of cannabis to adults over 18 years of age. So if you are into soft drugs then you'll love it here!

In Amsterdam the sale of marijuana buds and hash is legal in such Amsterdam coffee shops come in many types if you get to Amsterdam make sure you try some of the lesser known Coffee shops out, you can usually see the difference between a regular cafe and a cannabis cafe.


Baka naman sabihin nyo panay ako kamunduhan, kaya eto namasyal naman ako sa fields of tulips! At Keukenhoff Park, I throughly enjoyed Keukenhoff Park. The tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths blended in so well with the trees, ponds, and fountains. I bought some bulbs there, which is will be shipped to my hacienda in the US when? I don't know! Hay, it was really-really-really tiring, from Amsterdam we went to Athens! The Parthenon is considered to be the finest example of Doric-style construction. Doric is a simple, unadorned style characterized by plainer columns. Ahhhh ewan! I am here to see Pandora's Box no and close it para mawala na ang kamunduhan sa mundo!

Since this is all about social climbing chuvalias, eto andito tayo ngayon sa Champs-Elysees just pretending to be a natural Parisian eklavu! I am standing in the most prestigious and broadest avenue in Paris... It is the most beautiful avenue in the world!


If you went to Paris, without having a glance of the Eiffel Tower eh, mamundok ka na lang, dahil walang kwenta ang byahe mo kung ganun lang! Hehehe...

The tower has become a global icon of France and is one of the most recognizable structures in the world.

I wanted to stay in and spend New Year's here in Paris like otha Parisians do. But I just have to go back in the US *dahil naubos na ang dala-dala kong baong limpak-limpak na angieng Dinar* and do a live performance in Nueva Yorka, hay it's just hard when you already have commitments..., You know...


Kala nyo hindi ako nag-enjoy? Enjoy-na-enjoy ako!!! Ang saya-saya-saya, kulang na lang magpatayan na kami sa araw-araw... I came from a broken family. Of course naranasan ko na ang masakalap na pangyayaring iyon, Ayaw ko na ang relasyon magin ganooon din, as much as possible kung ma-wo-wor-out di e work-out diba? Ang masaklap paano kung hindi na talaga pwee-pwede? Kung hanggang dito na lang ang pasensya ko talaga? Ipagpipilitan ko pa din ba? Nasasaktan na ako... Sobra, hindi ko na ma-take.

Mourning For Democracy

Today is a day to mourn, not just for Benazir Bhutto, but for democracy.

I am on vacation right now, and really don't have plans of blogging... But while talking to Pusa earlier I listened to the telly on the background. I am just serprise... I was deeply shocked and horrified to hear of the heinous assassination of an outstanding leader who worked for democracy and reconciliation in her country.

A martyr indeed for democracy. As the heiress of a wealthy family, she could have lived a comfortable life in exile anywhere in the world but instead, knowing that her life would be in danger, she chose to return to Pakistan to fight for democracy and against dictatorial rule by ruler Pervez Mucharraf. When her motorcade was attacked upon her return by a suicide bomber, she kept going, and when government troops even set up camp inside her house to keep her under arrest, she still pressed forward.

This is such a barbaric act! So for those coward people who are afraid of democracy and is involved in this tragedy, mamatay din kayo! Pweee!

Unfinished Business?

Good news boxing fans, specially Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez fans for they are scheduled to fight again this coming March 15, 2008 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Pacquiao will once again fight Juan Manuel Marquez four years after their historic fight in which Pacquiao knocked Marquez down three times in the first round only to have Juan Manuel Marquez come back and end up with a split draw. Two boxers in their prime, the top two in their division facing each other four years after their dramatic first encounter. I guess this time around Manny Pacquiao can prove to the whole boxing world that he is indeed the best fighter pound for pound in his weight class. Since it's holiday season, I have been invited to alot of parties. Everybody in my circle of social climbing friends are throwing a party of their own except me the (social climber of all JAPs) well first am busy... super busy, I haven't done any shopping yet honestly! *wala kasing pang-shopping ehem-ehem* (parinig ko lang sa amo ko lol) But, yeah I will be throwing a caviar and wine party after the holidays (shempre add/bi-polar/adhd/odd ako) kaya gusto ko, ako lang ang tanging may party at that time at tanging wala nang iba!

I have a wallet but don't usually use it to put all my monieeess.

In 1927, the 50 year old Karl Tanzler arrived in Key West, Florida. Originaly from Dresden, Germany, and having recently abandoned his wife and two daughters, he now called himself 'Count Carl Von Cosel' and claimed to have nine university degrees. He found employment as an x-ray technician and bacteriologist at Marine Hospital; in his spare time he built an airship, tinkered with curious electrical devices and played music on his home-made organ.

Then, at the hospital in April 1930, he met the woman of his dreams. Her name was Elena Milagro Hoyos, a beautiful twenty year old Spanish Cuban. She was dying from tuberculosis
From this moment on Von Cosel was obsessed. Convinced he had dreamed about her for decades and that she was destined to be his bride, he lavished her with gifts (which she accepted), proposals of marriage (which she rejected) and set about trying to cure her with electric shock machines and potions of his own devising, which included specks of gold amongst their ingredients.

Elena died in October 1931, aged just 22. The heartbroken Von Cosel paid for a lavish funeral for his beloved, and she was buried. However, unable to stand the thought of his darling Elena rotting underground, Von Cosel designed and built for her an ornate mausoleum. Her body was disinterred, placed in a new metal coffin and housed in the crypt. Night after night, Von Cosel sat next to her coffin and began, he believed, to communicate with Elena. She begged him to release her from her 'prison' so they could be together.

Unable to resist, one dark night in April 1933, Von Cosel stole Elena from the crypt and took her to his airship (which he had christened 'Countess Elaine' - one day, he planned to fly with Elena to the stars). Here, he began the job of resurrection. For the next seven years, he held her body together with piano wire, put glass eyes where her real ones used to be, made a wig of her own hair and, piece by piece, strenthened her skin with wax and silk. He treated her with lotions and potions and electrotherapy. Amongst his ressurection tools was a million volt tesla coil. He serenaded her with his home-made organ and slept beside her.

By 1940 the rumours could no longer be ignored. Elena's sister confronted Von Cosel and found the body. The Count was arrested and imprisoned to await trial for 'malicious and wanton disfigurement of a grave'. Public interest in the case was huge. The local funeral home spotted an opportunity and put Elena's corpse on display. Over 6000 peaple came to view her body in three days.

Incredibly, the public were largely sympathetic. Many people thought that what the Count had done was marvelously romantic. He had many visitors to his cell offering gifts and support. At one time, a gang of giggling Cuban prostitutes turned up, offering their services to him for free. Two local friends posted the $1000 bail and he was released. In court, the grand jury found no law under which Von Cosel could be tried which was not limited by the statute of limitations (two years was the statutory limitation for molesting a grave, and Elena had been with the Count for seven years). Having been declared 'sane' he was released without charge.

After declaring him 'sane', the same doctors performed the autopsy on Elena. What they discovered remained secret till 1972, when Dr. DePoo made his confession. "I made the examination in the funeral home. The breasts really felt real. In the vaginal area, I found a tube wide enough to permit sexual intercourse. At the bottom of the tube was cotton, and in an examination of the cotton, I found there was sperm. Then I knew we were dealing with a sexual pervert." Elena's body was buried in a secret, unmarked grave.

Facing financial difficulties, the Count left Key West to live with his sister in Zephyrhills, where he spent his days writing his memoirs and telling his story to tourists, selling them mementoes and showing them a wax replica of Elena he had made using her deathmask.
In July 1952 Von Cosel was found dead, slumped over the effigy of his beloved Elena. In a final twist, evidence has come to light that one of those responsible for the secret burial of Elena's corpse made a switch, burying a weighted box and returning Elena to Von Cosel, which means the image of Elena he proudly displayed to tourists was not a replica at all...

Am sad!

Today my apple notebook complete with case - (mahirap na at baka magasgas, kebago-bago eh), just arrived, and I guess I have to return it back to them... ;(

SMALL world!

Yesterday I bump into someone, someone who I don't expect to see or talk too... Am just serprise how small the world is. Singing, *It's a small world after all* It's my piano teacher. Kebigan sya ng kebigan ng kebigan ng kebigan ni Doreen. The last time I saw or talk to her (piano teacher) was decades ago, after naming magbatuhan ng baso... It was my 5th and last piano teacher. ::sigh:: *tinigilan na din ako ni motha*

I used to do gymnast class, ballet, tap dancing, guitar lessons (palibhasa elyatis ako doon sa nagtuturo - bata pa lang ako elya-elyatis na ako sa mugagandang babae, kebigan ni piano teacher na taga San Jose, CA). Lahat ito dahil sa kagustuhan ng nanay ko! Palibhasa byaning nga ako so, hindi ko talaga interest ang mga ito, gusto ko karate at boksing! Pasin na ng nanay ko na malakas ang potential kong maging tu-bya (tunay na byaning) kaya pinigilan na nya hanggat maaga (me and my mom used to argue alot with me "being" a big lesbian dyke... may time pa na tinanong nya ako habang nilulublob ang ulo sa drum-drum ng tubig "babae ka ba o lalaki?" lalaki ako! lalaki ako! lalaki ko! uulitin ko ang tanog "babae ka ba o lalaki?" and so on... hanggat magka ear infection na ata ako sa sobrang lunod... at sinagot ko sya ng babae... babae... babae ang gusto ko! bwehehehe) Charing, baka isuplong nyo nanay ko sa 911 *sumalangit nawa ang kanyang kaluluwa*

Di ba social climber na tunay! Bakit kamo? Yong mga hindi nya naranasan pinadadanas lang daw nya sa akin at nagrereklamo pa ako... (kung karate at boksing wala akong reklamo okay!). Palibhasa noong mga panahong yan, lagi silang nagkikita ng mga kaibigan/kapatad nya at nag-kokomparahan sila ng mga kani-kaniyang mga anak nila (which I really hate, para bang kelangan kong laging makipagkopetensya sa kanila, pero kung tutuusin sya ang nakikipag kompetensya). Give me a lone! Ayaw ko ng atenshun!!! Loner na kung loner... By the way hindi kami mayaman, yon na nga eh... Isa din syang hampas lupang kagaya ko (diba nga like motha like daugtha) parehas kaming R.N. - Registered Nanny!

Back to the piano teacher....

Just surprise!!! Really, of all people sya pa ang makikita at makakausap ko ulit! Whew... (kwento-kwento-kwentong barbero-catsup-catsup-catsup). And then she pop up the ultimate question... So, are you still playing the piano? Nah, after that I stopped already!, after that recital that's it! After your mom pass away? Hindi ah! Pagkatapos mong ipaghampas-hampas ang kamay ko sa keys which is lagi mong ginagawa, tinigilan ko na!!!

jaded but hopeful

I had my worst nightmare at 9 years old, when my Mom died... It is the most painful thing that had ever happen to me (at least at that time), gosh what do I expect am just 9 years old.

Well in a way it taught me how to be strong and carry on. But there are times I find myself feeling hurt again. I taught, I will never feel pain anymore...

I try to control my emotions really, but sometimes I can't... Maybe, because I am not some low-level animal (because even dogs and cats have emotions too). We have emotions because they make us enjoy life. They make us perform great things and they make us human after all.

This is the famous Logan Square, north of Market St. It is named for Logan Square, one of the five squares, or parks, central to William Penn's design for Philadelphia. Philadelphia is really known for it's works of art! It is also the City of Brotherly Love! [paki-connect!!!] The city contains many art museums such as the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the Rodin Museum, the largest collection of work by Auguste Rodin outside of France. The city’s major art museum, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, is one of the largest art museums in the United States and features the steps made popular by the film Rocky.

Philadelphia is home to many art galleries, many of which participate in the First Friday event. The first Friday of every month galleries in Old City are open late. Annual events include film festivals and parades, the most famous being the New Year's Day Mummers Parade.

Areas such as South Street and Old City have a vibrant night life. The Avenue of the Arts in Center City contains many restaurants and theaters, such as the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, which is home to the Philadelphia Orchestra, and the Academy of Music, the nation's oldest continually operating venue, home to the Opera Company of Philadelphia.

Philadelphia has more public art than any other American city. In 1872, the Fairmount Park Art Association was created, the first private association in the United States dedicated to integrating public art and urban planning. In 1959, lobbying by the Artists Equity Association helped create the Percent for Art ordinance, the first for a U.S. city. The program, which has funded more than 200 pieces of public art, is administered by the Philadelphia Office of Arts and Culture, the city's art agency.

In particular, Philadelphia has more murals than any other U.S. city, thanks in part to the 1984 creation of the Department of Recreation's Mural Arts Program, which seeks to beautify neighborhoods and provide an outlet for graffiti artists.
